Job summary

Lead and orchestrate cross-functional, global delivery teams — aligning SAP stakeholders, partners, and customer counterparts around a shared vision of success. Drive customer growth and loyalty; identify and develop upsell opportunities within the SAP and CAS portfolio. Navigate complexity and escalations with authority and composure, turning pressure situations into lasting trust. Contribute to the evolution of the CAS service model itself. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years in customer account management, managed services, or enterprise relationship management — ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. 6+ years of hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g. S/4HANA – FI/MM, SuccessFactors, BTP). 6+ years leading global or cross-functional teams in a project management or delivery leadership capacity. Deep knowledge of the SAP portfolio, cloud services landscape, and the RISE with SAP framework. A strong track record in SAP implementation projects and/or managed services. Exceptional communication and executive presence. Proven ability to manage ambiguity, resolve escalations, and drive results.
