Job summary

SAP in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) seeks a Senior Application Service Manager to own and elevate CAS service delivery for strategic customers. You will mentor teams, engage senior stakeholders, and drive business outcomes in the RISE with SAP journey, across transitions, operations, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer account management or managed services.
• 6+ years leading global or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in at least one SAP solution area (S/4HANA or BTP).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP CAS services across the full customer lifecycle.
• Act as strategic advisor to customers, identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional, global delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Drive growth and upsell within the SAP CAS portfolio.
• Communicate with C-suite executives and manage escalations.
