Job summary

SAP SE in Riyadh is seeking an Application Service Manager to own end-to-end CAS customer engagements, guiding cross-functional teams through transition to operations. This senior role combines technology, customer success, and business growth in a hybrid work setup.

You will drive customer satisfaction, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with SAP account teams to ensure a seamless CAS experience, including upsell to grow the service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in customer account management, managed services, or relationship management.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g. S/4HANA – FI/MM, SuccessFactors, BTP).
• 4+ years leading global or cross-functional teams in a project management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP portfolio and cloud services landscape.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects and/or managed services environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills—from technical teams to executive level.
• Business fluency in English and Arabic (required).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CAS customer engagements — managing budget, quality, and stakeholder communication across the full lifecycle (transition, stabilisation, operations, offboarding).
• Act as a trusted advisor: identify optimisation, innovation, and adoption opportunities for customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty; lead escalation resolution with confidence and composure.
• Collaborate with SAP account teams, delivery teams, and partners for a seamless CAS experience.
• Champion upsell opportunities and support growth of the CAS service portfolio.
• Orchestrate communication across all levels — from technical teams to C-level stakeholders.
