Job summary

SAP SE in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Application Service Manager to own and elevate CAS engagements across the RISE with SAP journey, guiding delivery excellence and customer outcomes. You will lead global delivery teams, mentor staff, and act as a strategic adviser to executives, shaping service delivery standards and driving growth within the CAS portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in account management, and fluency in English and Arabic, with a track record in SAP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in customer account management or enterprise relationships.
6+ years in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g., S/4HANA FI/MM, SuccessFactors, BTP).
6+ years leading global or cross-functional teams in a project management or delivery leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

Set gold standard for CAS service delivery across lifecycle (transition, stabilisation, operations, offboarding).
Act as strategic advisor to customers: anticipate challenges, surface opportunities, guide adoption.
Lead and orchestrate cross-functional, global delivery teams with SAP stakeholders and customers.
Drive customer growth and upsell within the SAP and CAS portfolio.
Navigate escalations with authority and composure and communicate with C-suite executives.
Contribute to evolution of the CAS service model with your insights.
Serve as senior point of accountability for communication across delivery teams and executives.
