Job summary

SSC Egypt seeks an experienced Onsite Delivery Coordinator for Cloud Application Services in Riyadh. The role focuses on coordinating delivery between ASM, supplier consultants, and the customer in a hybrid onsite setting.

The candidate will manage tickets, ensure SLAs, validate deliverables, and drive collaboration across technical teams while supporting transitions and governance activities. 8+ years in SAP delivery is preferred.

• Experience in onsite/customer-facing delivery coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute delivery tickets and topics to consultants and track progress.
• Prioritize tickets based on workload and customer requirements.
• Ensure agreed customer SLAs are achieved.
• Validate deliverables such as Technical Specifications, Change Requests, and effort estimates.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and functional teams.
• Coordinate consultant availability through Transition, Operations, and Closure phases.
• Support business continuity and resource replacement activities.
• Act as escalation point for tickets, quality, governance, and customer issues.
• Represent supplier in executive escalations.
• Participate in governance meetings with CAS Delivery and Delivery Supplier Manager.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvements.

Position: Cloud Application Services (CAS) - Onsite Delivery Coordinator

Role Overview:

The consultant will act as an Onsite Delivery Coordinator for CAS customers and will be responsible for coordinating delivery activities between Application Service Manager (ASM), supplier consultants, and the customer.

• Coordinate and distribute delivery tickets and topics to the appropriate consultants and track their progress.
• Prioritize tickets and activities based on workload and customer requirements.
• Ensure agreed customer SLAs are achieved.
• Validate deliverables such as Technical Specifications, Change Requests, and effort estimations in coordination with the ASM and consultants.
• Facilitate collaboration across different technical and functional teams.
• Coordinate consultant availability throughout the Transition, Operations, and Closure phases.
• Support business continuity and resource replacement activities.
• Act as an escalation point for tickets, quality, governance, and customer-related issues.
• Manage de-escalations on the supplier side in collaboration with the ASM, CAS Lead Consultant, and GSM.
• Represent the supplier in executive and management-level escalations.
• Participate in regular governance meetings with CAS Delivery and the Delivery Supplier Manager.
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and improvements, and suggest potential enhancements to the customer.
• Apply strong knowledge of SAP applications and delivery processes to ensure successful business outcomes.
