Job summary

Exiga Software Services LLC in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Cloud Application Services - Onsite Delivery Coordinator on a contract basis. The role centers on coordinating delivery activities between the Application Service Manager, supplier consultants, and the customer to ensure timely CAS outcomes.

Responsibilities include distributing delivery tickets, prioritizing work, validating deliverables, maintaining SLAs, and guiding cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in delivery coordination roles.
• Strong SAP applications knowledge.
• Experience working in customer-facing onsite environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute delivery tickets and topics to consultants and track progress.
• Prioritize tickets based on workload and customer requirements.
• Ensure agreed customer SLAs are achieved.
• Validate deliverables such as Technical Specifications, Change Requests, and effort estimations.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and functional teams.
• Coordinate consultant availability through Transition, Operations, and Closure.
• Support business continuity and resource replacement activities.
• Act as escalation point for tickets, quality, governance, and customer issues.
• Manage de-escalations on the supplier side with ASM, CAS Lead Consultant, and GSM.
• Represent supplier in executive escalations.
• Participate in governance meetings with CAS Delivery and the Delivery Supplier Manager.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvements; suggest enhancements to the customer.
• Apply SAP knowledge to ensure successful business outcomes.
