Job summary

vFairs is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a growing regional portfolio of events, coordinating between clients and our development hubs to customize, deploy and deliver high-quality events. The role entails ownership of end-to-end delivery, on-site leadership, and constant alignment with client expectations across multi-stakeholder teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 2-3 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
• 2-3 years of experience with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of events and plan delivery schedules.
• Own full event lifecycle from pre-sales handover to post-event closure calls.
• Provide on-site leadership for the project team to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with development and event setup teams to deliver on-time customization.
• Report on success metrics, testing and deployment activities.
• Apply project management processes to ensure high-quality client outcomes and renewals.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Draft responses for RFPs and secure necessary resources for objectives.
• Lead PM meetings and monitor staff performance and reviews.
