Paradox Events & Marketing is seeking an experienced Event Management Professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will own events from concept to completion, confidently manage suppliers and clients, and deliver high-quality events in a fast-paced environment.

Arabic speaking is mandatory, travel to project locations is required, and you will coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept through completion.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, production requirements, and on-site execution.
• Source, coordinate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Manage client communication throughout event preparation and execution.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet all event deliverables.
