Job summary

Total-TECH Co. in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Cisco Unified Communications engineer to install, configure, and maintain CUCM and related voice solutions. You will deploy IP telephony, troubleshoot VOIP issues, and ensure high availability of the voice infrastructure.

The role requires strong CUCM knowledge, Cisco Voice Gateways, Unity Connection, and CUBE, plus QoS expertise. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams and prepare documentation.

Qualifications

• CCNA Voice or CCNP Collaboration/Voice certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Experience with Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR).
• Familiarity with SIP, H.323, MGCP, SRST, and CUBE.
• Experience with Cisco Unity Connection.
• Knowledge of QoS for voice networks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise voice implementations and support.
• Experience in telecom or system integration projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
