Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communications, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cisco collaboration / unified communications.
• CCNP Collaboration certification (CCIE Collaboration is a plus).
• Experience with Webex (Calling, Meetings, Control Hub) and hybrid cloud collaboration.
• Experience with government or large enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Deploy and support Cisco contact center solutions (UCCX / UCCE) and video endpoints, Webex and meeting room systems
• Configure SIP trunks, dial plans, call routing and integration with third-party PBX and telecom providers
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and support for voice, video and collaboration issues
• Perform upgrades, migrations and health checks on collaboration infrastructure
• Prepare HLD/LLD documents, as-built documentation and handover reports
• Work closely with clients on-site, handle change requests and meet agreed SLAs
• Coordinate with project managers, presales and vendor (Cisco TAC) teams

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CCNP Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy and support Cisco collaboration solutions for our clients. The role is based in Riyadh and the engineer will be assigned on-site at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and configure Cisco collaboration solutions including CUCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, CUBE and voice gateways
• Deploy and support Cisco contact center solutions (UCCX / UCCE) and video endpoints, Webex and meeting room systems
• Configure SIP trunks, dial plans, call routing and integration with third-party PBX and telecom providers
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and support for voice, video and collaboration issues
• Perform upgrades, migrations and health checks on collaboration infrastructure
• Prepare HLD/LLD documents, as-built documentation and handover reports

Requirements

• Valid CCNP Collaboration certification (CCIE Collaboration is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of CUCM, CUC, IM&P, CUBE, SIP, H.323, MGCP and QoS
• Experience with Webex (Calling, Meetings, Control Hub) and hybrid cloud collaboration
• Experience with contact center platforms (UCCX/UCCE) is a strong plus
• Experience working with government or large enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia preferred
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Willing to work on-site at client premises in Riyadh
