Hyatt Place AlUla is seeking a Chef de Partie (Italian) to support the opening of the property in AlUla. You will be responsible for preparing Italian dishes and maintaining consistent food quality and presentation for guests.

Qualified candidates have experience as a Chef de Partie, strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a solid understanding of food safety. You will work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen and collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in Italian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de partie to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Chef de Partie (Italian), you’ll be responsible for preparing Italian cuisine and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
