Job summary

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Asian Sous Chef to lead the preparation and presentation of authentic Asian dishes, upholding Hyatt standards and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene, assist in menu development, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver daily excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Asian Sous Chef or similar role in hospitality or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent English communication.
