Job summary

Fortinet, a cybersecurity pioneer, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to join its Riyadh office. You will provide high‑level technical support across SAARC, ME and EMEA regions, leveraging firewall and network security expertise to assist customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in computer networking or security.
• Bachelor or Master in Electronics/CS/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• NSE 4 or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and web for customers in SAARC, ME, and EMEA regions.
• Thorough analysis and investigation of reported problems and provide turnkey solutions via debugging, packet captures, and traffic analysis.
• Report and follow up with engineering and development to address and resolve product issues.
• Own and manage technical cases and recommend corrective actions based on troubleshooting and analysis.
• Running real-time phone or remote access sessions with customers.
• Develop core competency in Fortinet’s product line and technologies.
