Job summary

Fortinet in Saudi Arabia seeks a Professional Services Consultant to work with clients and partners remotely and onsite on medium-to-high complexity engagements. You will implement Fortinet security solutions, design, test, deploy, and transfer knowledge to customer teams.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision while collaborating with local and global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
• 3+ years’ experience with Network Security Products.
• Experience as Professional Services senior consultant or engineer is a plus.
• Expertise in NGFW and at least 2 of the listed technologies (email security, endpoint security, WAF, SIEM, SDN, etc.).
• Strong presentation and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer engagement objectives, scope, and requirements.
• Participate in architecture workshops and contribute inputs.
• Create design and migration documents (HLD/LLD, migration plan, test plan).
• Deploy, configure, test Fortinet solutions in customer environments.
• Transfer knowledge and support go-live, with timely issue resolution.
• Develop knowledge through trainings and self-study.
