Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product) in Saudi Arabia to oversee and grow an affiliate portfolio across CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models. You’ll own partner onboarding, tracking configuration, and landing-page setup, driving quality and ROI through data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, with at least 2 years in full-cycle affiliate management, strong technical literacy for attribution and postbacks, and a commercially minded approach to scale

Qualifications

2+ years in full-cycle affiliate account management including onboarding and tracking.
Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Technical literacy with pixels, postbacks, S2S tracking, attribution, and basic API usage.
Experience managing partner pipelines and affiliate databases with high data accuracy.
Analytical skills to build dashboards and guide optimization decisions.
Proactive, organized, commercially minded with autonomous work style.
Business English for calls and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Onboard partners, select creatives, set landing pages, and configure tracking.
Monitor KPIs, identify underperforming placements, and optimize with partners.
Maintain tracking infrastructure and resolve discrepancies in attribution.
Keep partner records—contacts, terms, coverage, status, next steps—accurate.
Support Business Development with launches of new partnerships and tech setup.
Monitor competitor programs and share market findings with the team.
