Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Saudi Arabia to oversee daily restaurant operations and to supervise and motivate staff while ensuring outstanding customer service and high standards of service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, at least 3 years in restaurant work (1–2 in supervision), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of restaurant experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Casual dining experience required; well-known chains a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to maintain high performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely, quality service.
