Job summary

Ibtisamat Al-Nujoom Dental Clinics is seeking a Call Center Agent to handle patient inquiries and book appointments over the phone. You will manage check-ups and treatments, ensuring accurate records and timely reminders.

Ideal candidates have call center or customer service experience, strong communication, Arabic fluency (English helpful), and proficiency with appointment systems. You will work in 8-hour shifts with one day off per week, maintaining excellent patient service on every call.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the medical sector.
• Strong communication skills with a clear voice and polite phone manner.
• Proficiency in computer use and appointment management systems.
• Fluent in Arabic, English proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.

• Book, confirm, and reschedule check-up and treatment appointments
• Record and update patient information in the system

• Transfer specialized calls to the appropriate department or doctor

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
