Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or higher required.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
• Experience in customer service or reception preferred, ideally in healthcare.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle many visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, in-person, or approved channels.
• Book, confirm, modify, and cancel appointments per procedures.
• Provide basic information about services, doctors, and schedules.
• Direct patients to appropriate departments and clinics.
• Follow up on requests and elevate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with medical and admin teams to ensure service speed and quality.
• Update patient records in approved systems.
• Monitor appointments and send confirmations/reminders.
• Maintain patient data confidentiality and privacy policies.
• Treat patients with respect, calmness, and professionalism.
• Contribute to improving patient experience and service quality.
