Job summary

BuenaVista Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Engineer to build the pipeline from the ground up for our MEP fit-out projects. The role focuses on finding and qualifying opportunities with main contractors, consultants, owners and tenants across Riyadh.

You will read drawings and BOQs, conduct site visits with the technical team, prepare quotations, and drive tenders from initial contact through close. The position requires staying on the road, with Arabic and English written and spoken

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales or business development for construction/MEP/fit-out in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record with named projects and verifiable contract values.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama.
• Valid Saudi driving license; role involves field visits.
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.

What we are looking for

Required

• At least 2 to 5 years in sales or business development for construction, MEP or fit-out in Saudi Arabia, with at least part of that in Riyadh
• Named projects you sourced or closed, with approximate contract values, which you can discuss at interview and we can verify through references
• Currently resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama
• Valid Saudi driving license; this role is on the road most days
• Working Arabic and English, spoken and written

Preferred

• Engineering degree or technical background in MEP
• Experience with vendor registration and prequalification at Riyadh developers or main contractors
• Experience selling BMS, low-current or fire-fighting systems
• Saudi Council of Engineers membership

• Fixed monthly salary depending on experience
