Job summary

Buenavista Solutions is a Riyadh-based contractor delivering interior fit-out, MEP, and related works. We seek a Business Development Manager to secure our first projects and grow the pipeline, working directly with the General Manager.

You will own the development of Riyadh-based opportunities, qualify tenders, present proposals, and close contracts, building long-term relationships with developers, main contractors, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years in sales or business development for construction, MEP or fit-out in Saudi Arabia.
• Currently resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama.
• Valid Saudi driving licence; role is on the road most days.
• Working Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Preferred engineering degree or technical background in MEP.
• Preferred experience with vendor registration and prequalification.
• Preferred Saudi Council of Engineers membership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a target list of Riyadh developers, main contractors, consultants and corporate fit-out clients, meeting them face to face.
• Get BuenaVista onto approved-vendor and subcontractor lists and prepare prequalification packages.
• Find tenders and RFQs, qualify them, and coordinate with engineers on BOQs, submittals, and pricing.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, payment, retention, variations and close contracts with the General Manager.
• Log every lead/meeting/follow-up in the pipeline tracker and report weekly.
• Follow signed projects through to collection and maintain client contact for repeat work.

BuenaVista Solutions is a new Riyadh contractor with a full engineering team behind it and no sales function yet We need the person who brings in our first projects and the projects after that You will be the first commercial hire working directly with the General Manager and the pipeline you build is the business

BuenaVista Solutions delivers interior fit‑out design execution and project management and MEP works electrical HVAC plumbing fire‑fighting piping building management systems BMS and low‑current systems Our clients are developers corporate tenants main contractors and facility owners in Riyadh We are registered and licensed CR Chamber of Commerce ZATCA GOSI Qiwa and building our first project portfolio

What success looks like after 12 months

BuenaVista is registered as an approved vendor with a set of Riyadh developers and main contractors is regularly invited to tender and has a tracked pipeline of qualified opportunities You have personally sourced and closed our first fit‑out and MEP contracts and handed each one cleanly to the project team

What you will own

• Building and working a target list of Riyadh developers main contractors consultants and corporate fit‑out clients then meeting them face to face
• Getting BuenaVista onto approved‑vendor and subcontractor lists and preparing the prequalification packages
• Finding tenders and RFQs qualifying them and coordinating with our engineers on BOQs technical submittals and pricing
• Presenting proposals negotiating terms payment retention variations and closing contracts with the General Manager
• Keeping every lead meeting and follow‑up recorded in our pipeline tracker and reporting on it weekly
• Following each signed project through to collection staying in touch with the client so there is repeat work

What we are looking for

• RequiredAt least 2 to 5 years in sales or business development for construction, MEP or fit‑out in Saudi Arabia, with at least part of that in Riyadh
• Named projects you sourced or closed, with approximate contract values, which you can discuss at interview and we can verify through references
• Currently resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama
• Valid Saudi driving licence; this role is on the road most days
• Working Arabic and English, spoken and written
• PreferredEngineering degree or technical background in MEP
• PreferredExperience with vendor registration and prequalification at Riyadh developers or main contractors
• PreferredExperience selling BMS, low‑current or fire‑fighting systems
• PreferredSaudi Council of Engineers membership

Compensation and benefits

• Fixed monthly salary depending on experience
• Commission on projects you bring in, under a written plan agreed before you start
