Job summary

BuenaVista Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Engineer to build the pipeline from the ground up for our MEP fit-out projects. The role focuses on finding and qualifying opportunities with main contractors, consultants, owners and tenants across Riyadh.

You will read drawings and BOQs, conduct site visits with the technical team, prepare quotations, and drive tenders from initial contact through close. The position requires staying on the road, with Arabic and English written and spoken

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales or business development for construction/MEP/fit-out in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record with named projects and verifiable contract values.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama.
• Valid Saudi driving license; role involves field visits.
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify projects around Riyadh with main contractors, consultants, owners and tenants
• Get BuenaVista prequalified and registered on vendor lists
• Read drawings and BOQs, run site visits and prepare quotations with the technical team
• Follow up on tenders, negotiate and close
• Hand over won projects cleanly to execution and keep the client relationship
