Job summary

Mackenzie Jones is assisting a multinational security systems manufacturer to recruit a Business Development Manager for Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing the Kingdom's sales, leading the local sales team, and implementing strategic initiatives across distributors and partners.

Based in Riyadh, you will travel extensively within the Kingdom, build customer relationships, analyze market trends, and report to the Dubai-based General Manager. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree level in a technical field.
• At least 5 years experience within the sales of security systems.
• Strong technical understanding of security systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.

Our client is a multinational manufacturer of security systems, headquartered in Europe with a network of offices worldwide. They require an experienced Business Development Manager for their Saudi operation.

Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Dubai-based General Manager, your key responsibility will be to manage and develop sales within Saudi Arabia. Additional responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing sales opportunities across the Kingdom
• Planning and implementing innovative sales strategies
• Analyzing market trends and customer feedback
• Conducting market research to uncover new areas of business
• Providing leadership to the sales team
• Interacting and providing training to end users, distributors and local partners

Language requirements:

• Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
