Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Solutions Engineer to support regional sales, deliver technical presentations, and lead discovery sessions with government and enterprise clients. You will act as the primary technical contact during evaluations and POCs, configuring IDEMIA products for demos and shaping architectures that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical or pre-sales role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• Experience with biometric technologies, identity management or security solutions.
• Experience delivering demos/POCs and solution designs.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and systems integration.
• Experience in government, airport, transportation, public security or critical infrastructure is desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Director during customer meetings and business development activities
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops and demonstrations
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and business challenges
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) activities from planning through to completion
• Configure and deploy IDEMIA products and solutions for demonstrations and POCs
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, partners and system integrators during evaluations and POCs
• Define solution architectures and recommend the most suitable products and services to meet customer requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs and customer presentations
• Work closely with Product Management to communicate customer feedback and market requirements
• Travel across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region as required
