Job summary
Safe Pass is seeking a Technical Engineer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide pre-sales technical support, solution design, and customer implementation expertise for SafePass PAM solutions. You will conduct technical product demonstrations and POC implementations, design and present technical solutions for customer security requirements, and lead technical aspects of deployments.
The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise software, 2+ years hands-on PAM/IAM experience, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with PAM, IAM, or related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise authentication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and POC implementations
- Design and present technical solutions for customer security requirements
- Lead technical aspects of SafePass deployments
- Provide technical training to customer IT teams
- Create technical documentation and best practice recommendations
