Job summary

OpsSense is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical counterpart in the sales cycle, walking customer facilities, installing demo sensors, and proving the platform on their equipment.

You will translate between maintenance managers, IT, and our engineering team, lead technical discovery, design solutions, and deliver value pilots across the GCC, in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or industrial systems integration.
• Working knowledge of industrial environments — maintenance workflows, PLCs/SCADA, or building systems.
• Hands-on comfort with hardware installation and network troubleshooting on site.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with strong presentation skills for mixed technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC; based in Riyadh.
