Identity Security Sales Leader — Riyadh

Job summary

IDM Technologies in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive Identity Security engagements across enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with C-level stakeholders and partners to position IDM's IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA and GRC offerings.

You will build strategic relationships, explore new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams and IDM partners to meet quarterly or annual quotas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' proven sales experience in IAM/GRC/Cybersecurity domains.
• Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, GRC and related solutions.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.

Responsibilities

• Identify specific sales opportunities (new business) with prospective clients.
• Engage in activities focused on generating client awareness of IDM Technologies and/or demand for Identity Security-related services.
• Brand ambassador for IDM Technologies and advocate for IDM's offerings and capabilities to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Lead the sales process and provide SME in all sales engagement (assessment, design, implementation of Identity Security solutions).
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, IDM partners, and customers during the entire sales cycle.
• Build relationships with key IDM partners to cultivate business development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline with IDM partners.
• Fulfilment of sales quota quarterly or annually & to achieve allocated revenue targets.
