Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer (Information Manager) to lead BIM implementation, information management, and multidisciplinary coordination for major high-rise developments in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance with BIM standards and BEP/IDP while coordinating among designers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in BIM and information management on large-scale projects, with Saudi/GCC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering or related BIM discipline.
• 10–15 years BIM and information management experience.
• Experience on major high-rise and large-scale projects in KSA/GCC preferred.
• Autodesk BIM Professional Certification and ISO 19650 knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation in line with BEP and client requirements.
• Manage project information and data workflows across design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain BEP, IDP and project BIM protocols.
