Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced BIM Engineer (Information Manager) to lead BIM implementation, digital information management, and multidisciplinary coordination for high-rise developments.

You will ensure compliance with BIM standards and manage information workflows, fostering collaboration among designers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or BIM field.
• Master's degree in BIM management or digital construction is preferred.
• BIM professional certification (Autodesk, BRE Academy, Bentley) is desirable.
• ISO 19650 information management certification is preferred.
• Saudi Council of Engineers membership is preferred.
• 10–15 years’ BIM and information management experience.
• Experience on major high-rise / large-scale projects recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation per BEP and client requirements.
• Manage project information workflows across design, construction, handover.
• Develop and maintain BEP, IDP, and BIM protocols.
• Ensure ISO 19650 compliance and info management standards.
• Coordinate federated models and conduct clash detection.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
• Monitor LOI/LOD adherence and model health.
• Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams.
• Support digital engineering and asset information initiatives.
