Job summary

Mace is seeking a BIM-focused professional to help deliver a major Saudi Arabia mixed-use development project from Riyadh. You will embed BIM processes across the project lifecycle, develop BEPs and information requirements, and lead governance for digital information management.

The role involves training client teams and project staff, coordinating with design and construction teams, and ensuring alignment with company standards and net-zero objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards.
• Professional membership or accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects for a project management consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle, embedding BIM and digital processes.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), information requirements and client digital handover strategies per ISO 19650.
• Establish governance, assurance, and security protocols for information management with model production oversight.
• Lead development of BIM standards, methods, and object libraries aligned with organisational strategy.
• Monitor compliance with standards and regulations; drive continuous improvement for digital delivery.
• Oversee and optimise use of digital platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) for document control and information exchange.
• Support planning and delivery through model-based inputs, including sequencing and cost planning.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to client teams, project managers, and design teams to strengthen digital capability.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement and effectively influence senior stakeholders.
