Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned BIM/GIS Engineer to support the implementation and management of BIM and GIS processes during construction supervision. You will maintain accurate digital models and geospatial data, support multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities include model review, clash detection, data management, and coordination with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics, GIS, Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Professional certification in BIM, GIS, or Digital Engineering is preferred.
Experience with large construction or complex projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

Review BIM models for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary model coordination and resolve clashes.
Maintain federated BIM/GIS data and ensure design changes are reflected in models.
Manage information within the CDE and ensure timely BIM/GIS deliverables.
Support QA audits and ensure data integrity and proper archiving.
Provide site support by delivering BIM/GIS data for construction monitoring and handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on BIM/GIS matters.
