Job summary

KEO International Consultants seeks a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our Almadinah team in Saudi Arabia. You'll drive advanced Revit modelling across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensure model quality, and coordinate with engineers, designers, and site teams.

Your role includes preparing shop drawings, maintaining model standards, and supporting clash detection and data extraction for project reporting. A strong background in high-rise and hospitality projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator.
• Experience on high-rise buildings or hotels.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specs and authority guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Advanced BIM modelling for Architectural, Structural and/or MEP disciplines.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for model review and coordination.
• BIM model creation, updating and maintenance per project standards.
• Extraction of quantities, schedules and model-based information.
• Support for clash detection and coordination issue resolution.
