Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patient information in English and Arabic in VIDA accurately and timely.
• Provide new patients with health record numbers.
• Verify medical record numbers via card or system.
• Check appointments and direct visitors as needed.
• Ensure patient identity verification before invoicing.
• Generate consultation and procedure invoices.
• Attend to telephone inquiries.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Support patient-centered care initiatives and compassionate service.
