Job summary

Diaverum Saudi Arabia is hiring a Patient Assistant to welcome and guide patients through their treatment sessions at our clinics in Riyadh. You will be the first face a patient sees and the last one they interact with, ensuring a supportive, friendly, and smooth experience.

You will receive patients, assist with their non-medical needs, and work closely with the Head Nurse, Assistant Head Nurse, and clinic team to maintain a high standard of care and patient satisfaction throughout the session.

Responsibilities

• You are the first face a patient sees and the last one they interact with before they leave.
• Receive patients at the clinic and support their non-medical needs throughout their treatment session.
• You will report to the Head Nurse and work closely with the Assistant Head Nurse and the clinic team.
