Ibtisamat Al-Nujoom Dental Clinics in Jeddah seeks a Patient Relations Officer to ensure an outstanding patient experience from first contact through treatment.

Greet patients, coordinate with doctors and departments, and handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly to maintain trust. Arabic is essential; English proficiency is preferred. 8-hour shifts with one day off per week.

• Experience in customer or patient relations, preferably in medical settings.
• Strong communication, empathy and good rapport with patients.

• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency preferred.

About the Role
Ibtisamat Al-Nujoom Dental Clinics is looking for a Patient Relations Officer to join the team, ensuring an outstanding patient experience from first contact through to the end of treatment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and introduce them to the clinic's services

• Follow up on the patient's journey from booking through post-treatment

• Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving them promptly

• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and different departments within the clinic

• Make follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction with the service

• Document patient feedback and **escalate** to management when needed

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts

• 1 day off per week

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in customer or patient relations, preferably in the medical sector

• Strong communication skills with empathy and good rapport with patients

• Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making

• Fluent in Arabic, English proficiency preferred

• Presentable appearance and politeness in dealing with others
