Job summary

Musco Saudi Arabia is seeking an Import Export Specialist at our Dammam office to lead import/export operations for the KSA facility. You will coordinate with freight carriers, create documentation, and ensure compliance across shipments.

Responsibilities include managing inventory requests, building carrier relationships, and supporting international projects with accurate tracking and quotes. Strong English/Arabic, detail orientation, and Office365 skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated to work independently.
• Proficient with computers and Office365 programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage KSA inventory requests and create/maintain purchase orders through shipment completion.
• Create and ensure accuracy of commercial documentation for import/export shipments.
• Understand country requirements and prepare additional documentation for import compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan import/export strategies.
