Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Studies, or a technical field
• Two or more years' experience in a technical customer support role
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience in a multicultural work environment preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Detailed, organized, and results-driven with the ability to solve problems
• Occasional international travel may be needed
• Occasional overtime and weekend hours, and hours outside of the traditional work day may be needed

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project workflow including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance
• Analyze and maintain quality information in systems for all projects to keep the team informed
• Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales regarding company processes and policies
• Identify issues affecting goals and take timely action to resolve
• Develop and maintain strong communication with contractors, engineers, vendors, and customers
• Assist in developing policies to meet customer and project requirements
• Review customer responses with managers to improve the sales process
• Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed
