Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a logistics professional to lead import/export operations for the KSA Manufacturing Facility in Dammam. You will manage purchase orders from initiation through shipment, and prepare accurate commercial documents for cross-border shipments.

You will coordinate with freight carriers, plan international logistics, and ensure compliance with destination-country requirements while supporting Musco and its international entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export operations.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated to work independently.
• Proficient with computers and Office365 programs, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate import/export operations for the KSA Manufacturing Facility.
• Create and maintain purchase orders through receiving until shipment completion.
• Prepare and verify commercial documentation for import/export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with destination country requirements and prepare additional docs as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments on import/export strategies.
• Maintain and develop relationships with freight carriers.
• Support international entities with material supply and project shipments communications.
• Review and approve international freight invoices.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to meet Musco and customer freight requirements.
• Provide freight quotes, tracking information, and respond to inquiries.

Job description

• Provide leadership in working with freight carriers and the manufacturing team to develop and execute import and export operations for the KSA Manufacturing Facility
• Manage KSA inventory requests by creating and maintaining purchase orders for Purchasing & Receiving until shipment completion
• Create and ensure accuracy of commercial documentation for import and export shipments
• Understand the requirements of each destination country and create additional documentation required for import compliance
• Work with other departments to plan import and export strategies for Musco
• Maintain and build freight carrier relationships
• Support Musco's international entities through effective communication regarding material supply and project shipments
• Manage and approve international freight invoices for import and export shipments
• Work closely with freight carriers to ensure freight requirements for Musco and customers are met
• Provide freight quotes, tracking information, and responses to freight-related inquiries
