Job summary

Musco Saudi Arabia Team has an opening for an Import/Export Specialist at our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The primary purpose is to lead import/export operations with freight carriers and the manufacturing team for the KSA facility. Responsibilities include handling PO creation, documentation, country-specific requirements, and freight coordination to ensure timely shipments and compliant import/export processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export operations.
• Strong command of English and Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated to work independently.
• Proficient with computers and Office365 programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage KSA inventory requests by creating and maintaining purchase orders until shipment is complete.
• Create and ensure accuracy on commercial documentation for both import and export shipments.
• Understand country requirements and prepare additional import/export documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan import and export strategies.
• Maintain and build freight carrier relationships.
• Support Musco's international entities with supply and shipments communication.
• Manage and approve international freight invoices for all shipments.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to meet freight requirements for Musco and customers.
• Provide freight quotes and tracking information to the team.
