You will engage with members and returning guests, provide local insights, and anticipate guest needs while offering personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests, handling feedback and compliments.
• Ability to turn issues into opportunities and create memorable experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with reading, writing, basic math and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set the tone for their stay.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or on the phone.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings.
• Make check-in and check-out swift and seamless for guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Be the trusted contact for guests, assisting with issues and restaurant suggestions.
