A leading digital solutions provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Bid Principal Analyst to lead the development and submission of high-quality bids and proposals. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in bid management or proposal writing and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • APMP Certification (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales operations.

About the Role:

The Bid Principal Analyst. Will Lead the coordination, development, and submission of high-quality bids, proposals, and tenders to secure new business opportunities for DBS across enterprise and public sector markets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end bid and proposal development processes.
  2. Coordinate input gathering from sales, pre‑sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams.
  3. Develop proposal outlines, win themes, and compliance matrices.
  4. Ensure timely submission of compliant, high-quality proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
  5. Manage bid calendars, deadlines, and review cycles.
  6. Lead internal bid review meetings and approvals processes.
  7. Maintain a centralized library of standard bid content, templates, and reference cases.
  8. Support post‑bid debriefs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • APMP Certification (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) is preferred.
Experience:
  • +4 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales operations.
Skills:
  • Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement procedures.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English)
