Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Bell Captain to lead the Bell Desk at our luxury resort in Saudi Arabia. You will guide daily operations, oversee luggage handling, guest assistance and transportation coordination, and set a warm, confident tone from arrival to departure.

You will work closely with Concierge, Front Office and Valet teams, mentor colleagues, ensure accurate records, and uphold SLS standards across lobby and arrival areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Bell Desk/Front Office/Guest Services.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Strong hospitality knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Bell Desk operations and supervise staff.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist departure.
• Coordinate luggage handling, storage procedures, and security.
• Arrange airport transfers and private transportation as needed.
• Provide information about resort facilities, dining venues, and activities.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Valet teams to ensure seamless service.
