Responsibilities

• Lead Sephora Saudi Arabia Riyadh store to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve KPI targets.
• Drive sales performance and manage budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and loss-prevention standards.
• Partner with Brand Managers to relay market feedback and action plans.
• Develop and coach store team through regular feedback and training sessions.
