Job summary

Sephora KSA in Jeddah seeks a Client Experience Coach to elevate in-store training and coaching. You will support Retail Education initiatives, develop employees, and strengthen the client experience across omni-channel touchpoints.

Fluent Arabic with good English, you will lead onboarding, deliver brand BA training, and coach teams on Sephora Attitude, customer service, and product knowledge in a fast-paced beauty retail network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience on the shop floor and in training.
• Strong understanding of retail and beauty product knowledge.
• Fluent Arabic with basic English; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store onboarding, training, and coaching at store level.
• Deliver brand BA training and training logistics for Sephora initiatives.
• Coach new joiners and support Sephora Collection knowledge sharing on the shop floor.
