Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in customer-focused roles, preferably within retail operations.
• Strong management experience with leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed retail sales targets and store KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related discipline preferred.
• Good understanding of fashion retail operations, merchandise presentation and customer service expectations.
• Experience managing store teams, monitoring performance and supporting employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain store shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sales via inventory control and loss prevention.
• Monitor store operating expenses, budgets and financial objectives.
• Conduct regular financial and stock audits to maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Develop and implement action plans based on sales results and performance indicators.
• Guide employees toward improving productivity, customer engagement and store profitability.
• Communicate financial performance and improvement opportunities to senior management.
