Job summary

Sephora Middle East is seeking a Client Experience Coach to advance retail education and elevate client experience across KSA stores. The role emphasizes onboarding, coaching, and omnichannel excellence, with close collaboration with store managers and regional teams.

The candidate should have 2+ years on the shop floor, fluent Arabic and basic English, and strong communication and leadership skills to train and develop retail staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working on the shop floor.
• Fluent in Arabic and basic knowledge of English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver training and coach retail teams.
• Self-motivated, independent, with Sephora culture alignment.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and delivering in-store training for new joiners and store teams.
• Deliver Brand BA training and manage training logistics.
• Coach new joiners in-store and digitally; provide feedback and assessment.
• Support Sephora Collection launches and retail education across stores.
• Follow up on training attendance and knowledge retention; collaborate with Store Managers.
