Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking a Sales Specialist to develop government and major corporate accounts and to identify new B2B opportunities. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships while effectively communicating complex technical solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 0-1 year of experience, a technical background in science or IT, and strong English/Arabic communication skills. A capability to present and demonstrate solutions, including Digital Twin and BIM/CAD, is highly valued.

Qualifications

0-1 Year of experience is required.
An educational background in Science, IT, CS or related technical field is preferred.
Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
Good English and Arabic communication skills; Hejazi Arabic is preferred.
Good presentation and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Candidates with B2B Sales experience, particularly in IT, Digital Twin, Automation, SCADA, BIM/CAD, or Government Sales, are highly valued.

Responsabilités

Identify and approach government and corporate decision-makers to develop new business opportunities.
Develop new B2B accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities while building a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and Command Centre tours.
Learn and effectively communicate the company's technical solutions to customers.
Support business development activities and contribute to converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
Monitor customer engagement, sales activities, and pipeline development to achieve business objectives.
