Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional to drive the full sales cycle for bonded zone services. You will own the CRM-based pipeline, manage strategic accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling commercial offers.

Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, client meetings, site visits, and a smooth handover to operations after closure. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years B2B sales experience (logistics / ports / 3PL preferred).
• Ability to obtain port access clearance.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• CRM proficiency and structured reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline end-to-end in CRM (Lead → Opportunity → Meeting → Closure).
• Manage key accounts, follow up renewals, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams.
• Lead sales team activities and ensure proper CRM usage.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and commercial presentations.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure.
