Job summary

Tibah Airports Operation Co. in Medina seeks an SMS Manager to lead the Safety Management System across four pillars in line with GACA and ICAO standards.

You will govern safety governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement while coordinating audits and incident investigations. The role requires 8+ years in safety management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, plus fluency in Arabic and professional English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Safety Management, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Recognized SMS/ Safety Management certification or equivalent training.
• Minimum 8 years in safety management with 3+ in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System.
• Establish SMS governance, policies, and performance targets.
• Oversee hazard identification and risk management processes.
• Coordinate SMS audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Prepare regular SMS reports and communicate risks to senior leadership.
