Job summary

Beond is seeking a Director of Safety for its Saudi Arabia AOC based in Riyadh. This senior role requires strong aviation safety leadership, regulatory knowledge and SMS oversight across the operation.

Fluent English is preferred, Arabic is advantageous. The successful candidate will manage the SMS, lead risk management, and coordinate with GACA to uphold safety and compliance within a fast-growing multi-AOC group.

Qualifications

• Qualified through training and experience in aviation safety management.
• Must understand GACAR 121.45 and related aviation regulations.
• Experience with SMS implementation and safety governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Safety Management System across the Saudi AOC.
• Lead hazard identification, risk management, safety assurance and a just reporting culture.
• Provide independent safety oversight of operations and maintenance activities.
• Interface with GACA on safety matters, audits and findings.
