GDC ME in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced aviation safety professional to build and maintain a comprehensive safety program. You will work with aviation operators to ensure inspections, audits, and process control analyses are conducted in line with the Business System Manual (BSM).
The role requires 5–10 years in aviation safety management, strong English communication, and the ability to mentor a team while complying with Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements.

Build, develop, establish, and maintain a safety program policies, processes, and procedures. Work directly with aviation operating entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits are conducted IAW the Business System Manual (BSM). Generate results-based quantitative assessment of contract and safety performance for use by external stakeholders. Implement and maintain an AS9110-compliant Aviation Safety Management System (SMS). Oversee the Risk Management Program, AS9100, AS9120, ISO 21001 (as applicable), and AS9110 standards. Provide expertise and guidance on interpreting policies, governmental regulations, and agency procedures. Support the Quality, Safety,. Supervise and mentor a team of subordinate safety experts.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
